We spent months looking for a travel trailer that was just right for us. After hundreds & hundreds of miles, and way too many hours online, we chose Wichita Falls RV Center. Bob listened to our wants/needs, then narrowed it down to several on their lot. Three times we stopped and looked at the same one before finally making the decision to buy. Bob was great, answering every question, explaining in detail how things worked, differences in makes and models, and how their service department worked. The price was amazingly better than anywhere else we looked. We weren't looking for new, but the price and benefits far outweighed other options.
We bought a Flagstaff TT in early February 2017. In early June we had a problem with one of the windows. We called Bob, sent some pictures, and a short time later the part was in. On our way to spend a week at the lake with kids & grands, we stopped by (without an appointment) to see if they had time to fix the issue (we're 2 hours away, and didn't want to make a special trip). We dropped the trailer, went to eat, and came back to a fully-repaired window, cleaned & vacuumed area, and an employee cleaning the outside of the window. Perfect repair, amazing customer service, and we were on our way.
We have friends who drove 1000's of miles to save some money, and now can't find anyone to service their RV. We have relatives who bought new from a big dealer, and yes - they get service, but it takes 3-4 weeks (or longer!) because their service department is so busy.
Yes, we found the right trailer for us, but we also found the dealer with the best customer service anywhere. We absolutely recommend Wichita Falls RV Center to any/everyone, and will always look to them when we are in the market for another purchase.
